Answers to the questions Amigo Royale players ask most: how Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins differ, how to get free Sweeps Coins, how redemption and identity verification work, how long payouts take, and what responsible play tools are available.
What is the difference between the two coins? Gold Coins are for entertainment, have no cash value and can never be redeemed. Sweeps Coins are promotional entries and can be redeemed for gift cards once their playthrough is met and identity is verified.
How do I get Sweeps Coins without paying? By mail. Hand-print your name, mailing address, date of birth and account email on a 4 by 6 postcard with the phrase AMIGO ROYALE FREE SWEEPS COINS and post it to the sponsor. Each valid request is credited with 5 Sweeps Coins at 1x playthrough, one request per person per day.
How long does a redemption take? The minimum is 50 dollars. Verified redemptions usually clear within two business days. A first redemption can take up to five business days because it goes through an additional review, and a large or flagged request can take longer.
What are the limits? A single prize is capped at 1,000 Sweeps Coins, with 2,500 per request, 2,500 per day and 15,000 per thirty days. Identity verification is handled by Didit and is required before any redemption is paid.
