Five things must be true. The redeem page shows each one and what is left.

Your email address is verified

Your identity is verified with a photo ID and a short selfie check

Your Sweeps Coins have met the 1x playthrough

You have at least 50 redeemable Sweeps Coins

You are in an eligible state when you make the request

Choosing your prize

Pick a virtual prepaid Mastercard, which works almost anywhere, or a gift card from more than 400 brands. Some brands are sent to you directly. Others arrive inside a reward link, where you choose the exact card when you open it. The redeem page marks which is which before you confirm.

Every prize is digital and arrives by email. 1 Sweeps Coin equals 1 dollar of prize value.

What happens after you request

Every request is reviewed by a person. A first redemption has a 48-hour review hold, and later ones 24 hours. Larger or flagged requests can take longer. Once approved, the card is emailed to you, and the redeem page shows the status throughout.

Limits

Up to $2,500 per request, $2,500 per day and $15,000 per thirty days. These limits are published in the Official Rules and enforced the same way for every player.

Common reasons a request is held

Most holds clear quickly once the missing piece is sorted.

The name on the account does not match the ID

The playthrough is not yet complete

The request was made from a restricted state, or through a VPN

More than one account belongs to the same person or household
