How to play Mississippi Stud

Community-stud poker. You get 2 hole cards; 3 community cards reveal one at a time across three "streets." After each reveal you can fold or bet 1×, 2×, or 3× the ante. Pair of jacks or better wins per the paytable; pair of 6 thru 10 pushes; below pair of 6 loses your entire stake.
